Curated by ACT

For this lesson, The Black-Eyed Peas song entitled "Where is the Love?" will be dissected by students. Then students will build upon the song's them and compare it with the picture book by Denise Fleming, Where Once There Was A Wood. Students will begin to write a piece reflecting on what they have lost, feel has been lost in their community, their country or the world and the unanswered questions they have for their generation. Students will revisit these reflections at a later time for development. [Requires Adobe Reader.]
