Inspired by the music "Free to Be. . . You and Me" by Marlo Thomas, this instructional activity, which will take several days, asks students to compose stories that teach character traits that will be shared with elementary school children. They will watch videos and use plot charts to plan and organize their stories. Hopefully, they will strengthen their own character as they teach these positive traits to younger students.
