Students looking for a different perspective on the Oka Crisis get it here. The Lubicon Nation is an Aboriginal community in northern Alberta. They have reprinted on this website an opinion from Lubicon News Station, and part of an Edmonton Journal editorial. The articles, taken together, look at the cost to taxpayers of the standoff, and ask the reader to share their frustration at how the events were poorly handled by the Quebec Provincial Police and Town of Oka.
