Topics of discussion include daily challenges, parts of a whole, words that describe what we hear, taste, and feel, parts of a house, fantasy and realism, and size. Embedded are learning opportunities to reinforce concepts such as r-controlled vowels, comparatives, superlatives, reading high frequency words, summarizing stories, and words with similar meaning.
