Students demonstrate locomotor skills by practicing a proper throwing technique. In this throwing skills instructional activity, students perform dribbling skills and throwing skills using a basketball. The purpose of this instructional activity is to address the skill of pushing "up" a basketball, rather than shooting it "out".
