Learners compare and contrast the development of teakettles. In this artifacts instructional activity, students divide into groups and examine different teakettles. Learners complete an artifact analysis worksheet, draw a picture of their kettle and give an oral presentation about their kettles.  Students discuss what the kettles have in common, how they've changed over time and what they say about history.
