The Children's Museum of Indianapolis: Who Should Own the Bones?

Curated by ACT

In this dinosaur WebQuest for Grades 6-8, two college students find fossils in a park and try to sell them, discovering it is against the law. Students will examine the positions of people on opposite sides of the argument over the fossils and decide which they most agree with. They will then write a letter to a newspaper editor in support of their opinion. A variety of additional resources are available for students to do more research on this topic.
