The BristleBot

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

Here you will find detailed instructions for constructing BristleBots, simple robots run by miniscule vibration motors. There is no lesson plan, just a procedure for producing these fun little contraptions. They could be used as an enrichment for an electricity unit, or as an introduction to a robotics or physics class. Since soldering is required, it is only appropriate for mature young scientists.
