Learning division is a challenge for many young mathematicians, but this presentation on divisibility rules can make it much easier. Seven different rules are clearly explained and modeled with the support of multiple examples. Consider printing out the divisibility rules and making enlarged copies to post in the classroom as learners get familiar with using them. An excellent supplement to a lesson plan on division of multi-digit numbers or prime and composite numbers.
