Sales Decline Calculus Problems

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

Decaying car sales ... when should the advertising resume? The last video in a series of 31 works a problem involving exponential decay. The problem presents the scenario of declining car sales in which the rate is not given directly to determine when to restart the advertisements. The presenter shows the steps needed to determine the rate of decline and then how to use that to find the time based on the constraints in the problem.
