Physics Aviary: Pendulum Lab

Curated by ACT

This lab is designed to have students investigate the factors that affect the rate at which a pendulum oscillates. Students can change the length of the pendulum, the angle of release, and the heavenly body on which the pendulum is oscillating. Graphs can be made of frequency or period vs. length, or frequency or period vs. acceleration due to gravity. This video will help with the lab: https://youtu.be/WVZ6YmJqdLM
