Paul Davis from Nestle discusses how Nestle owns their own trucks and that his division manages using those trucks to deliver products to stores. Michele Hamershock talks about the account coordinators in her department and their responsibility to replenish stores with products based on their "movement statistics". In addition to Nestle, this clip highlights logistics for DSC and Coca-Cola and how all three use their technology within the warehouse to remove the paper-trail and help movement happen more seamlessly.
