Organizing and Understanding Data- Guided Lesson

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet

How many teachers are there? This is a fun introduction to what could become an actual data analysis of your school's teachers. Students examine a visual representation of teachers at a school, categorized into three subjects. Then, scholars answer three analysis questions including the math vocabulary terms most and least. Next, they do the same for the tools in a hardware store. Because of the layout here, these would work best as a projected class warm-up.
