For employers and recruiters, the first step in their quest to find good candidates is the paper screening process. They look at a candidate's application and resume and push forward the files of those who meet their requirements. Thus the resume becomes an all-important document. A richly detailed instructional activity teaches pupils how to develop an effective resume. They watch a short video introduction, examine examples of acceptable and unacceptable resumes, and discuss what makes a good resume. They then sign into their Job Central account and create their own resumes.
