Explore reciprocal questioning with this ReQuest comprehension strategy. After reading a passage, learners first question the teacher, trying to "stump" her. Then it is the teacher's turn to ask the pupils questions. All correct answers for each group are tallied. Eventually, readers can be grouped and ask each other questions. Specific guidance is given for the play A Raisin in the Sun, but this activity may be applied to any story. Encourage questions and friendly competition
