Focus on the number four as youngsters complete several exercises to solidify this number concept. Note pre-readers will have a hard time with this, as it requires reading instructions. Consider doing together as a class or having learners complete this one-on-one with an adult. First, they trace the word four and write it once on their own. A matching section has them connect the number with corresponding sets of sheet. They draw four sheep in a field and finally complete a number sequence from 0-10 by writing in the numeral 4. This worksheet will be fun for counters to color once they are finished!
