In this instructional activity, students investigate claims that companies make about their products and business practices they use to imply that they are environmentally friendly. Students work in groups to research the claim they chose and then present their 'case' to the class, who act as jury. The instructional activity would work well in a unit on propaganda or as an environmental science instructional activity. Includes handouts for students.
