Exploring First-Person Narrative

Curated and Reviewed by Lesson Planet
This Exploring First-Person Narrative lesson plan also includes:
  • The Catcher in the Rye and First-Person Narrative
  • John Green Talks about the Importance of The Catcher in the Rye
  • Activity
  • Vocabulary
  • Join to access all included materials

If you really want to know, this is a terrific lesson all about narratives, which is just a fancy way of saying telling stories. And you get to do it without being phony or anything. My favorite part is that you get to read a passage from my favorite book about this kid named Holden and get to write your own story.
