Classroom Considerations

  • Note that the online and paper versions of the test include the same reading passages, but offer slightly different comprehension questions
  • If computers are not available in your classroom, schedule time in your school's computer lab so children can practice taking online assessments
  • Depending on the capabilities of your school's printers, you may or may not be able to create the large-print versions of the test included with this resource

Pros

  • Two-part multiple choice questions require students to identify textual evidence supporting their answers
  • Both printable and computer-based versions of the test are available
  • Includes answer keys to both versions of the assessment, as well as a generic rubric for assessing student learning

Cons
