Learners are challenged to omit all screen-based activities for 3 days during one week followed by committing to no more than 2-hours of screen-based activities a day. They also participate in a "Walk Claremont" in which each student is given a pedometer. Students are given a reward in the form of discounts for meeting specific step-milestones on the pedometers.
