Instructional Ideas

  • This investigative activity style can be used for many other topics in which students are working on analyzing sources and stating claims. Consider having students design their own investigations that their class members can take part in, which will encourage them to develop an expertise in their chosen topic and allow you more variety of activities to choose from

Classroom Considerations

  • The PowerPoint presentation displays grayed out slides in the left column; however, the slides can still be edited and displayed using the slide show option in the lower-left corner of the application

Pros

  • All exhibit/learning station materials included
  • Engaging, hands-on learning experience
  • Employs a variety of media as part of activity

Cons

  • None
