Challenge Courses

Students engage in and invent a variety of organized outdoor play activities to encourage cooperation and motor development. In this outdoor activities lesson, students are divided into three groups and organized in lines. Students play "Pass the Carrot," "Great Bike Race," and "Ball-to-the-Back Race;" all of which require students to take turns and pass an object to their peers in a relay-type game format.
