Instructional Ideas

  • As a back-to-school or team-building activity, post topics that can prompt learners to discuss shared experiences
  • Use activity as a pre-assessment by posting major terms associated with the content you are about to cover and determining what learners already know

Pros

  • Includes overview of the rationale for the activity and detailed directions for how to implement the exercise, as well as applications in various content areas
  • A good way to assess collective knowledge in the beginning of the year or the beginning of a unit

Cons
