A special BBC feature, originally done as part of 2000 election coverage, on the growing presence and voting power of Latinos in the United States. You'll also find short profiles of Latinos and Latino leaders and their experiences living in the U.S., "looking for the American dream." A special audio section provides four radio series segments on the importance of the Latino vote and the Latino presence in several major cities (Washington, Los Angeles, and Miami).
