Angkor Wat, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Cambodia, is the focus of a activity that asks class members to consider factors that could result in the destruction of these archeological treasures. Pupils listen to a lecture on the background of Angkor Wat, examine photographs of the site, and respond to discussion questions that ask them to reflect on the impact of tourism on the temple complex.
