Students engage in a variety of book making activities to foster creativity, literacy, and fine-motor skills. In this book-making lesson, students author a book about the days of the week, illustrating the activities that they participate in each day. Students also create a book about birthday parties, where they illustrate their ideal birthday party and dictate an explanation about it. Lastly, students create a "Once Upon A Time" story by fabricating a story together as a class.<
