This is a very extensive list of rhymes that "Occur frequently in discussions of poetry and critical writing, but not with absolute consistency." All have definitions, and many have examples. They are organized into five categories: Rhymes Defined by Nature of Similarity, Rhymes Defined by Relation to Stress Pattern, Rhymes Defined by Position in the Line, Rhymes Defined by Position in the Stanza or Verse Paragraph, and Rhyme across Word Boundaries.
