Students study Arab science and the origin of the modern scientific method.  In this science lesson plan students fill in their own House of Wisdom books.

Students investigate the global importance of the African and Asian countries that export petroleum. They access the OPEC website and research this organization. They answer questions and write an essay about alternative energy sources.

Learners explore constant motion. Using photography equipment and a dark room, students develop photographs that depict motion. Learners demonstrate the proper use of photograph equipment.
