In this episode, I talk about how energy lives in our rooms and how it can get stuck and deadened with time. By simply moving our furniture, creating a new arrangement, and cleaning as we go, we can totally re-energize any room and lift our spirits at the same time. This is a great practice twice a year as we head into winter and need to shake off the languid summer months, and in the springtime when we want to air out the house and bring the outdoors back in. My living room has two really nice arrangements - one toward the fireplace for winter and one facing out the doors for summer - and it only takes about 15 minutes to make the shift. Also in this episode, I get to show off some items that I'm particularly fond of, which are listed below. Enjoy and I hope this inspires you to shake it up this weekend!\n
