Given an angle greater than 2pi in radians, to evaluate the trigonometric functions of the given angle, we first determine the smallest positive coterminal angle of the given angle. This we can do by subtracting 2pi or a multiple of 2pi from the given angle. Coterminal angles are angles with the same terminal side.
