Michael strongly believes and promotes Global Education for all.Michael is a recent 2017 Presidential Awardee for excellence in Science teaching, the 2021 PAC-EAST Japan Teacher of the Year, and a 2020 Global Teacher Prize top 50 finalist. Michael has also presented at the European Geostudies Union (EGU) in Austria on promoting language using EGU Science publications. \n
